- Log in as Admin
- Go to ‘Manage’ > ‘User manager’
- Select a user on the left
- Click ‘Manage groups’ on the right
- Select ‘Classes’ or ‘Learning spaces’ at the top
- For each class tick to assign the level of access for this user
- Click ‘Save changes’
Create a support ticket by logging in to your VLE and click on "Create a ticket" in the footer.
