How do I control the communication rights of a single user

  1. Log in as Admin
  2. Go to ‘Manage’ . ‘User manager
  3. Select the student on the left
  4. Click ‘Edit account’
  5. Under ‘User details’ there are two tick boxes-
    Leave ‘Send pop ups?’ unticked. This will prevent them from sending pop-up messages
    Tick ‘Block communications?’ This will prevent them from using messaging tools
  6. Click ‘Save changes’
