How do I create a calendar entry for a mix of groups and individual users?

  1. Click on the chosen date in the calendar
  2. Click ‘Create’
  3. Click ‘Event’
  4. Choose ‘Mixed event’
  5. Add details of the event and check settings carefully
  6. Select the recipients of the event using the choosing tool at the bottom
  7. You will now have a list of ‘Event members’ that are the only people who will see this event in their calendar.
  8. Click ‘Add event’
